树脂浸渍是液体复合材料成型(LCM)工艺中的关键阶段。多年来研究人员采用了多种监测方法,包括智能织物、压力传感器和介电常数等技术。在LCM工艺中,真空袋工艺允许使用视觉系统检测树脂流动前沿。将监测系统与控制器集成以实现工艺参数的自动化管理,可显著改善最终制造件的性能。本研究开发了一套基于人工智能的系统,与树脂预热系统控制相集成,用于改进浸渍阶段。采用基于You Only Look Once(YOLO)算法的机器学习方法,将其与视觉监测系统集成,实现树脂流动前沿的实时检测和动态跟踪。将实际流动前沿位置与基于Darcy定律计算的理论位置进行对比,根据偏差值控制器可实时调节微波功率。该系统能够通过基于人工智能的算法处理图像,提取流动前沿的运动学数据,并集成热电偶和视觉系统信息以控制微波功率输出,从而优化树脂浸渍过程,提高复合材料制件质量。
