强双峰孔径分布碳纤维交织织物的定向饱和:测量与多相流建模

本研究重点分析了具有双峰孔径分布材料的饱和定向性。研究对象为各向异性碳纤维交织织物,具有高对比度的双尺度孔隙结构,经向纱线粗重、纬向纱线轻薄。实验采用注射工艺结合介电传感器,测试6种配置下的饱和时间和未饱和长度。实验结果表明该材料具有高对比度的双尺度孔隙特征,且未饱和过程呈现各向异性。同时,在OpenFOAM®库工具箱框架内建立了多孔介质连续体两相流模型,用于模拟瞬态浸渍过程。通过介孔尺度多相流数值模型分析了张量型相对渗透率的必要性及其与饱和渗透率的对应关系。实验与数值分析相结合,为分析各类双峰孔径分布材料的饱和过程提供了系统方法论。研究提供了未饱和长度和饱和时间定向性的实验证据;提出了考虑饱和动力学定向性的饱和建模与多相流数值方法;阐述了张量型相对渗透率的产生机制及其与饱和渗透率的对应关系。
