常规拉挤成型工艺的有效性和生产率改进

拉挤成型是一种纤维增强复合材料制造工艺,树脂浸渍纤维通过加热模具,固化成具有恒定截面的复合材料型材。在保证拉挤型材质量的前提下,通过工艺优化或采用新型高效加热源替代传统电阻加热(存在热损失大的问题),可显著改进常规拉挤成型工艺的有效性和生产率。针对大规模数值问题和多次迭代求解控制方程的复杂性,本研究采用实验设计方法和响应面技术开发了优化方法学。为开发微波辅助拉挤成型工艺、优化拉挤模具设计和工艺控制,利用通用有限元软件建立了新型电磁-热-化学耦合有限元模型和求解算法,大幅节省了工艺开发时间和成本,充分利用有限元软件的多种建模功能。通过与实验室和工业生产中实际拉挤工艺的对比,评估了优化后的常规拉挤成型工艺和开发的微波辅助拉挤成型工艺的有效性和生产率提升效果。
