天然柔性热塑性复合材料三体磨粒磨损行为的干摩擦和润滑条件对比研究

本实验研究了黄麻/天然橡胶柔性生态复合材料在干摩擦和润滑条件下的三体磨粒磨损行为。复合材料采用分层压缩法制备。使用三体磨粒磨损试验机在不同载荷下进行磨损测试。润滑剂的使用进一步提高了复合材料的耐磨性,降低了磨损速率和摩擦系数。在润滑磨损条件下,黄麻/橡胶/黄麻、黄麻/橡胶/橡胶/黄麻和黄麻/橡胶/黄麻/橡胶/黄麻三种层叠结构的质量损失分别比干摩擦条件下降低44.44%、15.87%和29.96%。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了复合材料的磨损机制,发现存在纤维断裂和粘着磨损现象。本研究为黄麻/天然橡胶柔性生态复合材料的磨粒磨损行为及其在各工业领域的应用提供了有价值的参考。
