大型碳纤维增强复合材料结构真空辅助树脂注入工艺的模拟与优化

真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺是制造飞机机翼、机身蒙皮等大型复合材料结构的重要成型方法,但其工艺参数通常依靠经验或大量试验确定。本研究以复合材料机身蒙皮为研究对象,基于数值模拟对VARI工艺的树脂充模过程进行了分析,并对树脂进口位置进行了优化。首先建立了机身蒙皮的三维几何模型,对树脂浸渍过程进行了数值模拟;其次根据模拟结果确定了树脂进口的位置和数量。模拟结果表明,不仅通过增加树脂进口数量可以缩短充模时间,更重要的是选择最优的进口位置能够显著降低充模时间。该研究为VARI工艺参数的科学设计提供了理论依据,有助于提高大型复合材料结构的成型效率和质量稳定性。
