高反应性树脂体系因其锅期短的特点,使得传统开放式浸渍工艺(开浴法)需升级为密闭注射拉挤成型(CIP)工艺。本研究将开放式浴槽改进为密闭注射浸渍腔室(ii-腔室)。通过三阶段变化树脂粘度、注射口开口角和开口因子三个参数,进行拉挤成型试验,测量ii-腔室和拉挤模具内的工艺压力,实现对未固化复合材料工艺条件的直接反馈。基于达西定律建立仿真模型,并扩展该模型以考虑纤维运动,从而准确表征模具内的压力增长。灵活的ii-腔室和模具设计方案增进了对模具系统内部过程的理解。研究结果表明,在三个影响变量中,树脂粘度对压力发展的敏感性最大。沿拉挤模具系统长度方向,三个测量点的压力水平总体呈上升趋势。实验数据有效验证了新开发的仿真模型的准确性,为优化密闭注射拉挤工艺参数提供了理论依据。
