多束连续碳纤维3D打印路径规划方法
3D printing path method for multi-tow continuous carbon fiber

摘要整理
碳纤维复合材料具有耐高温、耐摩擦、导热性好和耐腐蚀等优异特性,已成为3D打印的首选材料。为提高碳纤维3D打印效率,本研究将传统单喷嘴系统扩展为四喷嘴并联打印结构。四喷嘴并联打印面临喷嘴运动协调规划、各喷嘴挤出量控制差异以及打印头角度调整等关键问题。本文基于现有模型的切片处理获得Gcode代码,通过多束连续碳纤维3D打印路径规划算法对Gcode进行处理,根据外轮廓坐标合理规划打印机各喷嘴的运动轨迹,精确控制各喷嘴的挤出量。在完成一圈轨迹后执行切割指令,进而打印下一层运动轨迹。该方法通过合理控制各喷嘴挤出量和打印头角度,在保证多束碳纤维模型3D打印精度的同时,显著提高了打印效率。
