多壁碳纳米管对真空辅助树脂注入成型玻纤/环氧复合材料静力、动力及磨损性能的影响
Effect of MWCNTs on static, dynamic, and wear performance of Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion Molding (VARIM) processed glass fabric/epoxy polymer composites

本研究采用真空辅助树脂注入成型(VARIM)工艺制备玻纤/环氧(GF/EP)复合材料,在环氧树脂中分别添加0.075、0.15和0.3 wt.%的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),对比研究了含/不含MWCNTs的复合材料性能。静力学测试(拉伸和弯曲试验)结果表明,当MWCNTs添加量为0.15 wt.%时,GF/EP复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到最大值,相比未添加MWCNTs的纯GF/EP复合材料有显著提升。高周疲劳试验结果显示,0.15 wt.% MWCNTs改性的GF/EP复合材料相比未改性材料具有更高的疲劳循环次数。磨损性能测试表明,MWCNTs改性复合材料的摩擦系数、磨痕深度和宽度均低于纯GF/EP复合材料,磨损性能明显改善。研究表明,0.15 wt.%的MWCNTs不仅能降低表面软化、改善玻纤/环氧复合材料的磨损性能,还能增强纤维/基体界面的粘结强度。本研究确定了MWCNTs在玻纤/环氧复合材料中的最优添加比例为0.15 wt.%,可有效提升材料的力学性能和耐磨性能。
