提出了一种铺层面建模与路径规划方法,用于降低厚度大且厚度变化的复杂复合材料结构中的铺纤缺陷。通过数学建模分析了厚度诱发缺陷的机制。基于快速行进法(FMM)开发了一种算法,用于生成厚度大且厚度变化的复杂几何构件的铺层面。该铺层面建模与基于网格的路径规划算法相结合,旨在最小化厚壁和变厚度结构上的缺陷。仿真和实验结果证实了显著的改进效果:在梁式构件上进行的自动铺纤(AFP)试验表明,45°铺层间隙从3.21 mm减小到1.45 mm,满足公差要求,所有褶皱缺陷均被消除。该工作为复杂厚壁复合材料构件的低缺陷AFP制造提供了有效解决方案。
