自动铺纤(AFP)工艺在热塑性预浸料纱束转向过程中面临关键挑战:面外屈曲皱纹的产生严重影响复合材料铺层质量。本研究提出了一种创新方法,建立了复合材料压力容器内无皱纹纤维铺放的数学模型。研究详细分析了预浸料纱束轨迹与壳体几何形状的关系,深入探讨了穹顶表面皱纹产生的根本原因,并建立了基于铺放参数的壳体覆盖综合模型。为验证该方法的有效性,开发了模拟工具用于计算压轮运动轨迹,确保纤维在芯模上均匀分散,实现壳体无缺陷覆盖。该创新策略不仅优化了复合材料铺层的AFP工艺,还显著提升了复合材料壳体的整体质量。本研究对复合材料制造技术进步和材料性能改善具有重要意义。
