复合材料制造中树脂注入工艺的优化:气孔形成的实验研究

本研究旨在确定树脂注入成型工艺中真空压力、树脂粘度、温度和流速等工艺参数对复合材料气孔形成的影响。通过设计对照实验,定量分析不同参数配置下的气孔含量,确定能够显著降低气孔、改善复合材料质量的最优条件。研究结果表明:真空压力约100 kPa、树脂粘度200~250 cP(高温条件下)、流速10~15 mL/min的精确控制能将气泡含量降至最低。这些发现为复合材料生产企业在生产效率、力学性能和材料成本等方面提供了显著优势。此外,研究还通过二次文献调研和对比分析表明,后续应进一步探索实时气孔监测技术和基于机器学习模型的高级优化方法。本研究对于开发低成本、高效率的高性能复合材料制造技术具有重要意义,在航空航天、风能和汽车等工业领域具有广泛应用前景。
