增强型碳纤维增强复合材料面板真空树脂灌注工艺的实验与数值研究

液体树脂灌注工艺因其相比传统高温高压釜工艺的优势,正逐步成为航空航天应用的重要选择。然而该工艺仍存在多项技术挑战,需要通过精确的工艺模拟来优化工艺参数,替代耗时的试错法。本文建立了经实验验证的航空构件树脂灌注工艺模型,该模型考虑了增强体的各向异性渗透率以及固化树脂的化学物理和流变学变化。模型输入参数均通过实验确定。实验工作包括:热固性环氧树脂基体的固化动力学和流变学行为研究,以及采用作者最新开发的超声波方法测定两种碳纤维预成型体的面内和面外渗透率。数值模拟涵盖树脂通过增强体的流动、零件与模具内的热交换以及树脂的交联反应等过程。采用光纤设备测量了构件的充模时间,并与模拟结果进行了对比验证。研究结果表明,该模型能够准确预测灌注工艺的关键过程参数,为工艺优化和质量控制提供了重要的理论依据。
