过冷水滴撞击冻结现象对飞机和电力传输设备的安全构成重大威胁。近年来,数值方法在研究该现象中得到广泛应用。然而,现有模型在撞击早期常在液滴-空气接触线附近错误预测过早冻结,导致这些区域的铺展过程被不合理地抑制。为解决此限制,本研究提出了基于速度门控的Darcy动量源激活控制策略,实现其在模拟过程中的动态调整。该方法将流体体积法(VOF)、凝固模型和动态接触角(DCA)模型与所提出的动态Darcy源相结合,同时考虑过冷对物性的影响。数值模拟采用COMSOL Multiphysics 6.3进行,并与实验铺展因子数据进行验证。结果表明,所提方法有效消除了初始铺展阶段的非物理冻结现象,预测的铺展因子与实验结果吻合良好,所有模拟工况下最大相对偏差达11.7%。该方法改进了与实际行为的一致性,增强了现有数值工具在飞机结冰预测和防冰设计中的可靠性。
