商业航空领域的自我承诺和日益严格的法律要求推动了二氧化碳减排的必要性。结构减重是降低每次飞行排放的有效途径,对高频率单通道飞机尤为重要。为满足该市场的大批量生产需求,采用新开发的低熔点聚芳醚酮(LM-PAEK)碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料,建造了全尺寸多功能机身演示件(MFFD),以开发具有成本优势的自动化工艺。单步自动铺纤(AFP)技术结合原位固化具有显著优势,具有固化时间短、消除真空袋装和后固化自动化工艺产生的大量废料等特点。为推进该技术在未来飞机生产中的应用,本文通过将机器人和末端执行器数据与位置精确的热电偶测量紧密关联,建立了TORAY公司LM-PAEK带材(TC1225)的工艺窗口。所测定的试样级力学性能与制造试件的微观截面可精确关联。该整体方法独立于铺纤设备,可实现热塑性AFP领域全球可比性。最后对该工艺流程进行了评估,并讨论了可能的简化方案。
