航空航天工业对生产效率的提升需求推动了复合材料制造工艺模拟研究的发展,对预测精度提出了更高要求。为此,ESI公司在PAM-RTM模块中引入流固耦合方法,以更精确地模拟真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺。VARI工艺是将干纤维预制体铺放在刚性模具上,覆盖分布介质和真空袋,通过真空压力使树脂优先流入分布介质,再渗透进入预制体。在此过程中,由于真空袋的柔性,预制体可能发生变形。传统的2.5D壳单元方法(厚度随树脂压力变化)无法准确描述厚度方向的树脂流动,特别是当材料存在渗透率和纤维体积分数梯度,或发生压缩等固体力学效应时。ESI公司经过多年与学术机构的合作开发了新的3D有限元建模方法,通过Darcy定律控制的树脂流动与Terzaghi原理耦合,将预制体视为经历变形的多孔介质。该方法能更准确地预测填充时间和最终产品的性能指标(厚度、纤维体积含量、几何形状等),显著提高了VARI工艺模拟的可靠性。
