基于树脂时间-粘度变量的玻纤增强复合材料软管真空灌注工艺仿真与优化策略

玻纤增强热固性复合材料软管的灌注过程中,树脂基体粘度随时间发生变化。若灌注工艺中未考虑树脂粘度时间变化对管内树脂流动性的影响,将导致软管浸润不完全,产生大量气孔缺陷,严重影响管材固化成型质量。本文基于树脂粘度的时间特性变化规律,建立了考虑树脂时间演化引起流动性变化的有限元仿真模型,对软管灌注过程中树脂粘度变化的整体灌注效果进行了计算分析。在预测分析基础上,提出了变参数灌注工艺策略,通过提高树脂在软管中的浸润程度,降低内部气孔含量,进而改善材料固化成型质量。研究结果表明,考虑树脂粘度时间依赖性的动态灌注策略能够显著提高纤维浸润度,减少孔隙率,为GFRP软管的工程应用提供了理论指导和工艺优化方案。
