基于曲率的热塑性复合材料感应焊接仿真研究

热塑性复合材料的熔融装配工艺是替代机械紧固和粘接的有效手段,可显著降低结构自重。感应焊接作为一种熔融装配技术,通过交流电在感应线圈中产生交变磁场,诱发碳纤维中的涡流,进而产生焦耳热使热塑性树脂局部熔融再凝固。虽然感应焊接具备高速制造和减重的优势,但在主承力气动结构中的应用仍然有限。主要障碍在于复合材料各向异性导致的热分布预测困难,尤其在处理双曲面蒙皮和框架等复杂曲面结构时问题更加突出。本研究通过多物理场耦合仿真对感应焊接过程进行数值研究,预测不同曲率层板的热分布规律。对比分析不同曲率条件下的焊接速率和温度分布,揭示层板曲率增加对温度的影响规律。研究表明,随着层板曲率增加,温度呈现稳定下降趋势。为克服这一不利影响并保持高速焊接效率,通过优化感应线圈几何结构进行补偿,分析几何改进对整体加热速率的影响。最后,将模型扩展应用于双曲面机身蒙皮等更复杂的焊接工程问题。
