在自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺制造复合材料的树脂注入过程中,干纤维带预成型体中通道的有效设计对实现目标渗透率至关重要。精确控制AFP铺放中的间隙位置和尺寸极具挑战性。本研究基于X射线计算机断层扫描(XCT)表征框架,调查了预成型体空间变异性与面内渗透率之间的关联。利用两种不同宽度碳纤维带的XCT断层图像,建立了逼真的基于XCT的随机模型用于数值渗透率预测。通过对铺放预成型体的随机几何建模,考察了机器人铺放头的变异性及其对预成型体渗透率的影响。采用基准瞬态渗透率测量装置,通过二维径向模具填充获得了实验面内预成型体渗透率。面内数值渗透率值显示显著离散,变异系数为75%~130%,与实验测量值偏离约一个数量级。研究结果表明,基于干纤维AFP预成型体瞬态模具填充的实验渗透率测量技术复杂性高,但基于XCT的随机建模技术是虚拟估算干纤维AFP预成型体渗透率的有效方法。
