基于多尺度检测器的自动铺纤工艺缺陷检测研究

自动铺纤(AFP)工艺中的各类表面缺陷严重影响构件成形质量。传统缺陷检测主要依靠人工肉眼观察,生产效率低下。因此,自动化缺陷识别方案具有重要的经济价值。本文提出了一种多尺度AFP缺陷检测算法——融合通道注意力机制的空间金字塔特征融合YOLOv5(SPFFY-CA)。该算法采用空间金字塔扩张卷积(SPDCs)融合不同感受野提取的特征图,实现多尺度缺陷信息的集成。通过级联函数获得的特征图经通道注意力(CA)机制处理,增强网络特征表示能力,生成更有效的特征。此外,采用稀疏训练与剪枝(STP)方法实现网络轻量化,确保缺陷检测的效率与精度。在PASCAL VOC数据集和自建AFP缺陷数据集上的实验结果表明,该方案性能优越,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。
