本文提出了一种随机纤维构型方法,用于建立增强体中纤维束的准真实几何模型。采用有限元方法在双尺度(束内和束间、2D和3D模型)上模拟树脂注入过程。探讨了双尺度在三个方向(水平、竖直和纵向)上的渗透率特性。同时分析了不同结构参数对渗透率的影响规律。基于双尺度模型,考虑表面张力效应进行流动前沿追踪,预测树脂在纤维增强体中的流动行为。该研究通过准真实的几何建模和多尺度耦合分析,揭示了纤维束堆积结构、孔隙分布等因素对树脂流动和浸润过程的影响机制,为优化树脂传递模塑(RTM)等液体成型工艺提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,纤维束的随机排列、束内纤维间距以及束间间隙等结构参数显著影响树脂的各向异性渗透率,进而控制流动前沿的推进速度和形态。该方法可用于指导工程应用中的工艺参数设计和缺陷预测。
