复合材料为建筑和结构设计施工开辟了新的应用维度。在建筑行业中,复合材料梁或柱是应用最广泛的复合材料产品之一,可通过拉挤成型工艺制造。这类构件通常用于承受大型荷载,因此其结构完整性必须得到保证。光学传感器相比电学传感器具有体积小、重量轻、非导电和抗电磁干扰等优势;光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器因其优异的多路复用能力和相对便捷的监测特性,在光纤传感器中占据突出地位。本研究提出将FBG传感器集成到复合材料梁结构中,用于长期观测和分析结构完整性。验证测试结果表明,FBG光纤传感器成功埋入拉挤成型FRP梁中,应变传输达到7500 µɛ,且能够通过FBG光谱畸变提前预测试件失效。该方法为FRP构件的健康监测和失效预警提供了新的技术手段。
