变渗透率Darcy-Brinkman层流动的数值模拟

本文对三层通道中的耦合平行流进行了数值研究。该通道由夹在两层变孔隙率Darcy-Brinkman渗透层之间的清液组成。提出了单一二元方程,其中过渡多孔层内的渗透性用n次目标容量表征。由于问题缺乏明确的解析解,采用直接数值模拟方法以获得变孔隙率渗透介质内流体动力学的新认识。模拟采用开源编程包OpenFOAM中改进的稳态有限体积求解器进行。在求解器和数学方法验证通过后,进行了参数研究,涉及Darcy数、渗透性程度强度、过渡层厚度、通道深度、流体粘度和压力梯度等变量。研究结果表明:(1)当Darcy数、渗透性程度或通道深度增加时,流速增加;(2)当过渡层厚度减小时,流速增加。应变速率几乎与Darcy数和渗透性程度无关,当过渡层厚度减半或通道深度加倍时,应变速率近似翻倍。此外,流速和应变速率与流体粘度和压力梯度呈标度关系。该研究为多孔介质流动的设计和优化提供了理论基础。
