变向碳纤维增强复合材料折纸管的防撞性能分析——基于真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺

薄壁结构因其卓越的能量吸收能力在工程领域得到广泛应用。折纸管(OT)凭借独特的几何特征和折叠优势,在车辆能量吸收装置中表现出优异的能量吸收性能。本研究设计了可拆卸模具,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺,利用T70012K单向碳纤维织物制造折纸管结构。通过轴向加载实验,系统研究了不同铺层配置下折纸管的变形机制和纤维束演变规律。实验结果表明,[90°]₂/[0°]₂铺层配置结合折纸管的几何优势,表现出最优性能,比能量吸收(SEA)达到6.7 J/g。与传统金属方形管相比,该设计实现了81%的质量减轻、54%的能量吸收增加和80%的峰值压溃力(PCF)降低。研究结果为轻量化薄壁结构和高效能量吸收装置的设计提供了有价值的参考和指导。
