本文研究了预浸料带组成对原位自动铺纤(AFP)制造层板固化质量的影响。调查了三种不同预浸料带材料的纤维分布、孔隙率和表面粗糙度。采用原位AFP工艺制造层板,并通过显微分析和力学测试方法进行表征。高质量预浸料带材料制得的层板孔隙率更低,力学强度更高。最优原位AFP制造的层板拉伸强度和压缩强度分别达到热压参考值的82%和88%。组成不利于原位固化的预浸料带导致的强度下降可达最优原位固化层板的74%。五点弯曲试验成功用于测定层间剪切强度,结果与固化质量密切相关。成功建立了预浸料组成、层板固化质量和力学性能之间的关联关系。研究表明预浸料的树脂含量、纤维铺向和基体材料特性对原位AFP制造过程中的热固化行为和最终层板性能具有显著影响。
