原位自动铺纤成型间隙缺陷的熔融颗粒制造填充

本文研究了熔融颗粒制造(FGF)填充对原位固化自动铺纤成型(AFP)层板组成和力学性能的影响。采用原位固化AFP工艺制造了两种具有交错三角形间隙缺陷的层板。第一种层板的缺陷保持原状,第二种层板采用熔融颗粒制造技术填充间隙缺陷,以减轻后续铺层的面外波纹和可能引发裂纹的大孔隙。该工艺成功实现了缺陷填充。然而,由于AFP基体表面略微不平整导致面外起伏,熔融颗粒制造层厚度难以调整以匹配AFP工艺的固化铺层厚度。压缩强度在参考试样和间隙试样中保持相同水平。拉伸强度分别下降11%(间隙缺陷)和23%(填充间隙缺陷)。需要进一步研究以充分发挥该工艺组合的潜力。
