本研究分析了通过压缩模塑和真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备的混杂聚酯/玻纤布/黄麻布复合材料的吸水性能。采用五种不同的铺层序列制备层板,并在室温、50°C和70°C条件下进行吸水测试。研究分为实验阶段和理论阶段两部分。复合材料的纤维体积含量为30%~40%。混杂复合材料的吸水量和扩散系数介于单一纤维增强复合材料之间。复合材料达到饱和后,纤维排列方式对这些性能的影响不显著。至少一个外表面含有黄麻纤维的试样扩散系数较高。吸水速率随浸泡温度升高而增加。制造工艺不影响饱和点的吸水量。在混杂复合材料中,表面为黄麻纤维的试样扩散系数最高,而表面为玻纤的试样扩散系数最低。在50°C和70°C温度下观察到更高的扩散系数值。复合材料吸收水分含量的主要影响因素是系统中黄麻纤维的存在与含量以及浸泡温度。制造工艺不影响饱和点的吸水量。
