沥青胶结料的固有特性在实现具有所需性能的柔性路面时存在挑战。通过沥青改性可以有效解决这些问题。虽然可用的添加剂众多,但由于成本、储存稳定性和均匀性等问题,选择最合适的添加剂至关重要。本研究重点评估了用烃基热塑性树脂改性沥青胶结料的物理和流变性能。研究包括常规胶结料试验和旋转粘度计(RV)分析,以及采用动剪切流变仪(DSR)对改性胶结料进行深入的流变学评估。此外,通过热重分析(TGA)分析了添加剂的热性能。研究结果表明,改性胶结料表现出穿入度降低、软化点升高和粘度增加,同时不影响工作性和泵送性。改性还增强了车辙抗性。室内试验确定5%为最优添加剂含量,该含量改善了纯胶结料的性能等级。从复杂粘度主曲线得出的活化能结果表明,虽然添加5%树脂时流动所需的能量增加,但升高的粘度缓解了纯胶结料中观察到的温度敏感性问题。
