利用渗流碳纳米管网络的玻纤增强复合材料应变传感与渐进失效监测

本文研究了碳纳米管(CNTs)在纤维增强塑料中的应用,用于实时结构健康监测。将分散在溶剂中的碳纳米管均匀喷涂在玻璃纤维织物表面,随后采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺铺层并浸渍不饱和聚酯树脂,制备复合材料试样。树脂注入前,在试样周边及层间嵌入电极用于电阻监测。复合材料试样进行三点弯曲试验,同时测量并记录各电极对之间的电阻变化。实验结果表明电阻变化与加载条件、碳纳米管涂覆量、测量方向和结构失效状态密切相关。特别地,渗流碳纳米管网络能够实时识别多种失效模式,包括层间脱粘、纤维断裂和面内压缩失效。通过制造和测试缩小尺寸的风力叶片原型验证了该概念的可行性。
