本研究的创新之处在于通过嵌入纤维堆积层中心的PZT(锆钛酸铅)传感器的电容变化,实现了聚合物基复合材料(PMC)液体树脂注入(LRI)工艺过程中聚酯树脂交联步骤的实时监测。研究测试了三种甲基乙基酮过氧化物(MEKP)固化剂的质量比例(1wt%、1.5wt%和2.5wt%)。电容对交联动力学表现出高度敏感性,能够识别热固性基体物理化学转变的关键阶段。为验证PZT传感器作为热固性树脂实时固化评估工具的应用潜力并理解其电容特征,LRI装置采用多种无损检测(NDT)技术进行多参数测量,包括声发射(AE)和红外热成像(IRT)。将所获得的NDT结果与振荡流变学测试结果进行对比验证。NDT与流变学结果的一致性使得能够准确确定浸渍2/2斜纹玻璃纤维织物(6层)的聚酯树脂的凝胶化和玻璃化转变阶段。该研究为复合材料制造过程中的质量控制和工艺优化提供了新的实时监测手段。
