本研究对典型纤维增强复合材料(FRP)行业的VOCs排放特征进行了系统评估,以评价其环保影响。结果表明,典型FRP行业的VOCs排放主要来自栅栏、片材、缠绕、模塑和拉挤工艺环节,包括酮类、醛类、醇类和苯系物。其中苯系物(以苯乙烯为代表)的浓度远高于其他物种。评估了典型生产工艺中臭氧和二次有机气溶胶(SOA)的生成潜势:在臭氧影响方面,缠绕工艺的臭氧生成潜势(OFP)值最高,占总贡献的65.9%;在组分贡献方面,苯系物(以苯乙烯为代表)的OFP贡献远高于其他VOCs物种,苯乙烯主要来自不饱和树脂的使用。在SOA影响方面,拉挤工艺对SOA生成的贡献最大,占总SOA贡献的63.9%;在组分贡献方面,SOA主要来自苯系物,占VOCs总贡献的近95%。因此,FRP企业应优先控制苯系物的排放。
