光学链接技术在输液管路识别中的可用性研究

重症监护护士面临着日益增加的工作负荷,患者病情复杂度不断提高。大多数重症患者需要使用多条输液和监测管路,护士在给药时必须准确识别注射口并快速给药,这进一步加重了工作负荷。本研究评估了一种商用光学链接输液管路识别装置的临床可用性。研究人员采用随机交叉设计,比较了标准标签标识方法与光学链接技术在注射时间、错误率、可用性和任务负荷方面的差异。47名重症监护护士完成了188次重症监护模拟场景,模拟在日光和低光照条件下进行。结果表明,光学链接技术相比标准标签标识方法显著缩短了总体注射时间,在低光照环境下注射时间减少效果更为显著,用户感知可用性更高,感知任务负荷更低。虽然注射错误率评估不够充分,但8例错误中有6例发生在低光照条件下。该技术在改善护理工作效率和安全性方面具有应用潜力。
