拉挤纤维增强复合材料(FRP)因其优异的比强度、增强的耐久性、降低的劳动成本、高生产效率、耐腐蚀性和非导电特性,在航空航天领域的生产和应用不断增长。拉挤工艺经历了多次改进,提高了其在生产各类复合材料产品中的适应性。本综述重点探讨了先进拉挤FRP复合材料在航空和航天领域的前景应用,以及拉挤工艺的技术进展。拉挤工艺作为一种高效的连续成型技术,通过纤维牵引、树脂浸渍、加热固化等关键环节的优化,实现了复合材料的高效率、低成本制造。当前研究重点包括多向纤维铺层设计、树脂体系改进、温度控制精准化、以及在航空结构件(如机翼肋条、尾翼部件、起落架支架等)中的应用开发。先进拉挤技术的发展为航空航天工业提供了轻量化、高性能的复合材料解决方案,具有重要的工程应用价值和经济效益。
