偶联剂改性金属加热元件增强碳纤维/聚己内酯热塑性复合材料电阻焊接强度的研究

本研究探讨了偶联剂改性电阻焊接加热元件对碳纤维增强聚酰胺6(PA6)热塑性复合材料焊接强度的影响。采用硅烷偶联剂KH550和钛酸酯偶联剂UP-201对304不锈钢网加热元件进行改性处理。通过正交实验确定了KH550改性不锈钢网(SSM)的最优改性参数,在特定焊接工艺条件下,单搭接剪切强度(LSS)达到最大值17.05 MPa。对比试验证明了UP-201改性SSM对LSS的增强效果。采用两种实验方案研究了KH550和UP-201对电阻焊接接头LSS的协同增强效应。研究结果表明,两种偶联剂均能提高焊接强度,且其单独作用和复合作用效果存在显著差异。研究发现硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂通过改善加热元件与复合材料基体的界面相互作用,显著提升了焊接接头的力学性能。该工作为热塑性复合材料的电阻焊接工艺优化提供了重要的技术参考。
