人体肝脏组织力学性能研究及肝脏仿真体模的开发应用

肝脏仿真体模在临床培训、疾病诊断和治疗规划中的应用日益广泛。肝脏仿真体模的制造材料应具有与人体真实肝脏器官相似的力学性能。这种组织等效材料对于定性和定量研究肝脏营养生成、代谢废物排泄以及机械刺激下组织变形等机制至关重要。本文综述了人体肝脏组织的力学性能,用于开发肝脏仿真体模。这些性能包括粘性、弹性、声阻抗、声速和衰减等关键指标。同时分析了开发肝脏组织仿真体模最常用制造材料的优缺点。肝脏组织仿真体模能够更深入地揭示疾病进展过程中的真实组织损伤机制,并为器官移植保存提供重要参考。该仿真体模将提高患者诊断和治疗的精准度和质量保证,为临床试验数据收集提供可靠的基础。
