不同纤维铺层角度的玄武岩纤维/环氧树脂复合材料层板低速冲击性能研究

本研究探讨了纤维铺层角度对玄武岩纤维增强复合材料层板低速冲击性能的影响。采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了四种不同铺层角度(0°/90°、15°/-75°、30°/-60°和45°/-45°)的试样,并在Charpy冲击试验机上进行了测试。对有缺口和无缺口试样在平向和边向冲击载荷下的失效模式进行了详细分析,以深入理解断裂行为。结果表明,纤维铺层角度对试样的能量吸收能力和冲击韧性有显著影响。随着纤维铺层角度的增加,冲击能量和韧性增加,冲击损伤减少。在边向冲击载荷下,45°/-45°铺层角度的有缺口试样获得最优性能,冲击能量和冲击韧性分别达到3.07 J和34.82 kJ/m²。几乎所有试样均表现出基体破碎、分层、纤维开裂和纤维拔出等失效模式。0°/90°铺层角度的试样出现最严重的层板断裂现象。研究结果为优化玄武岩纤维复合材料的冲击性能提供了重要参考。
