不同树脂体系黄麻/芳纶混杂复合材料的性能表征

近20~30年来,由于混杂纤维增强复合材料在各领域的应用潜力,其研究热度不断提升。混杂复合材料兼具均衡的强度和刚度性能,同时具有质量轻、成本低的优势,成为替代传统材料的重要选择。本研究采用天然纤维黄麻织物与合成纤维芳纶织物的组合,分别使用聚酯树脂和乙烯基酯树脂两种基体,通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备混杂复合材料。对制备的试样进行了拉伸和硬度测试以评估力学性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了微观形貌结构。研究结果表明,采用聚酯树脂制备的黄麻/芳纶混杂复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量分别比乙烯基酯树脂制备的样品高37.6%和12.28%;微硬度值方面,聚酯树脂样品比乙烯基酯树脂样品高1.20倍。SEM图像清晰显示,聚酯树脂样品中基体与纤维的界面结合效果更优。该研究填补了聚酯和乙烯基酯树脂对同质及混杂复合材料力学性能影响的研究空白,为混杂复合材料的树脂体系选择提供了重要参考。
