三维梯度蜂窝织物复合材料的微波吸收与弯曲性能

为克服均质蜂窝复合材料吸收带宽窄和分层问题,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了三维(3D)梯度蜂窝复合材料。以玄武岩纤维和碳纤维为增强体的3D梯度织物与含有碳黑和羰基铁粉的环氧树脂基体通过编织工艺制成3D梯度蜂窝织物复合材料(3D GHWC)。通过改变编织过程中的吸收剂类型和梯度蜂窝结构,可进一步优化有效吸收带宽和/或反射损耗(RL),特别是在特定入射角度下的性能。厚度为18.5 mm的3D GHWC在30°入射角、C波段条件下,采用安捷伦矢量网络分析仪测得最小反射损耗值为−47 dB。此外,该厚度的3D GHWC通过万能试验机测得弯曲强度达101.7 MPa,表现出优异的力学性能和超强的环境适应性。本研究为微波吸收复合材料的制备提供了可调控的方法,在民用和军事微波吸收应用领域具有广阔的应用前景。
