玻纤织物复合材料工业应用中的渗透率测量:径向流实验装置与基于图像的数值方法对比研究

工程织物的渗透率测量是复合材料制造工艺准备的关键步骤。本研究采用径向流实验装置测量了五种不同E玻璃织物的非饱和及饱和面内渗透率及其比值。在油注入阶段,通过视觉观察识别了表现出明显双尺度效应的织物,并记录了延迟纱束饱和现象。建立了数值方法以确定给定织物几何结构在介观尺度上的饱和渗透率,并与文献中的解析模型进行了验证。随后将该方法应用于通过X射线显微层析扫描(μCT)获取的E玻璃平纹织物的真实几何结构。采用了两种数值方法:单尺度方法(纱束视为不可渗透)和双尺度方法(考虑纱束渗透率)。两种方法的数值结果与实验值进行了对比,显示出良好的一致性,其中双尺度方法的预测精度更高。该研究为复合材料液体模塑工艺中的工艺参数优化和模具设计提供了重要的基础数据支持。
